WhatsApp To Let User Account Data Be Shared With Facebook!
But users can opt out of sharing WhatsApp chat data with Facebook, or at least that is what Facebook says. However, with this new update, it is clear that Facebook is now looking at using WhatsApp account user data to bring even more user intelligence to their already intelligent (in terms of user preferences) platform.

WhatsApp is working on making your chats more secure by introducing end-to-end encryption along with a much deeper Facebook integration.
Founded by Ukrainian immigrants to America Jan Koum and Brian Acton in 2009, WhatsApp has plans to add features like video calling, information sharing with Facebook and document sharing as well.
This setting will send the user’s WhatsApp data to Facebook servers “to improve [their] Facebook experiences”. While WhatsApp does not ask for demographic information, every WhatsApp account has user’s mobile number and that may help Facebook in various ways.
After recently announcing that it will be free for life, Facebook owned messaging app has a new feature coming up its sleeve. Now, with WhatsApp and Facebook Integration, and also the revelation of www.messenger.com, which is the dedicated chat website of Facebook, it is evident that Facebook is on to something big.
Rather than offer WhatsApp on a freemium basis, the company wants to integrate commercial participation such that business entities are soaked to consumers, something similar to how Google offers free search services, but charges the search-driven ads that show up next to the results.
Towards the end of 2014, Open Whisper System took a note that the WhatsApp’s Android client had implemented the end to end encryption. However, these new features would depend upon users’ preference.
