A police official told that the militant who was killed in an encounter late Friday evening has been identified as Abu Usama alias Zarar, a top commander of Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) outfit, a resident of Pakistan administered Kashmir (PaK).
LeT outfit is accused of carrying out a terror attack on India’s financial capital Mumbai in 2008.
