The All-Stars will participate in six events: fastest skater, breakaway challenge, accuracy shooting, skills challenge relay, hardest shot and shootout.
The 6 foot 5, 260 lbs Byfuglien is set to participate in the fastest-skater event this weekend, where he’ll draw up against three of his Western Conference comrades to see who can complete the on-ce speed course in the shortest amount of time.

Jagr and Tavares also will be on two of the three seven-player East teams for the shootout relay. He received the “C” when Washington Capitals captain Alex Ovechkin backed out of the weekend’s festivities at the last minute due to a lower-body injury.
