Chelsea faces Man City in FA Cup 5th Round

In contrast, both Chelsea and Manchester City have seen their own chances of silverware made considerably more hard after being drawn together in the pick of the fifth round ties, with each now available at 11/2 (6.50) to wrest the trophy from Arsenal’s hands.

Hiddink likes this competition, having won the FA Cup in 2009 during his last temporary spell in charge of Chelsea.

Shrewsbury were rewarded for their dramatic comeback to beat Sheffield Wednesday 3-2 by being given another home tie against the Red Devils, who had beaten Derby 3-1 away in the first of the fourth-round fixtures on Friday evening. Already a final now, a huge game.

Ramsey scored Arsenal’s extra-time victor as the north London side came from two goals down to beat Hull City in the FA Cup final at Wembley back in 2014.

The Gunners knocked out Championship outfit Burnley 2-1 on Saturday, while Steve Bruce’s promotion-chasing Tigers won 3-1 at Bury.

Hull City also entered the tournament in the third round with a 1-0 home win over Championship side Brighton & Hove Albion, Robert Snodgrass scoring the only goal from the spot.

The two side’s last meeting was a hugely damaging one for the champions, crushed 3-0 at the Etihad in a match that would set the tone for their disappointing campaign.

Bournemouth secured a place in the fifth round for the first time since 1989 when they won 2-1 at Portsmouth.

Blackburn hosts either Liverpool or West Ham, which drew 0-0 on Saturday, while Watford faces Leeds, which won the cup in 1972 before a famous defeat in the following year’s final to unfancied Sunderland.
