Middleton, 34, and her husband will discuss the Queen’s life and reign, along with other royals like Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, who will also give commentary.
When Ant and Dec Met The Prince: 40 Years of the Prince’s Trust aired at the beginning of the year.
This event will take place in the presence of the Queen and will be hosted by Royal Windsor Horse Show in the private grounds of Windsor Castle.
The event is set to feature more than 900 horses and 1500 participants including performances by The Oman Royal Cavalry, Chilean Huasos, The New Zealand Army Band, The Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Azerbaijan Cossack Riders, State Carriages from The Royal Mews, 100 Military and Commonwealth Pipers and The Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment.
They said they were “honoured to be hosting this special celebration of Her Majesty”.
It was announced in May that plans for the Queen’s 90th birthday would celebrate her “love” of horses and “deep involvement” with the armed forces.
The Queen has been patron of the club for 64 years, and is believed to be cutting down her workload and sharing out her various roles in the 628 charities and organisations she is affiliated with ahead of her 90th birthday in April.
Meanwhile, sources suggest Prince Harry, 31, is poised to take over as patron of the Rugby Football Union (RFU) who governs English rugby, a title that the Queen has held for 65 years.
With that said, it’s still a little shocking that while she’s been an official royal for nearly five years now, Kate has never given an on-camera interview as the Duchess of Cambridge… but that’s all about to change!
