White House Brief: Things to know about Ben Carson
Iowa Rep. Rob Taylor, co-chairman of the Iowa campaign, said earlier this week that the campaign has gotten commitment from 40,000 Iowans who plan to caucus for Carson on Monday.

CNN’s Jake Tapper tweeted Monday night that Carson was heading home to Iowa to rest and be with his family, and that he also wasn’t going to go directly to New Hampshire or SC. “Or it could be the first sign that he will be the next Republican candidate who believes the road to the White House is now too long and arduous for his campaign”, writes Scott Eric Kaufman.
