Chick-Fil-A Diet Recommends Chicken Nuggets Every 3 Hours
With there being so many diets available, even fast food restaurants like Chick-fil-A have got in on the action. The tip recommends eating smaller meals like their grilled chicken nuggets in a short period of time.

In recent weeks, Chick-fil-A, one of the most popular fast food restaurants in the USA, started offering tips on healthy living printed on its takeout bags.
Sarcastically dubbed the “Chick-fil-A diet”, the advice has gone viral since being tweeted by SBNation’s Rodger Sherman.
The “Chick-Fil-A diet plan” also encourages an increase in daily exercise.
According to People magazine, the diet will cost you about $23.10 per day, not including beverages, but the nuggets are low-cal with 140 calories and 3 grams of fat per serving. According to them, people that want to lose weight should satisfy their hunger with smaller meals more frequently (once every three hours).
Alissa Rumsey, a registered dietitian and spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, told CBS News that it is okay to snack on grilled nuggets on occasion, but “it is not something I’d recommend on a daily basis”. She also mentioned that each eight count serving contains approximately 20 percent of the sodium a person should consume per day. One of these tips was called the chicken nugget diet, chicken nugget cleanse or the chicken nugget detox. That healthy habit just happens to include eating their food.
Eater takes it one step further by creating an imaginary set of guidelines for those following the “Chick-fil-A nugget diet, ‘ “which must be followed to obtain the best results”.
They’re suggesting you eat a food portion around the same size as their grilled nuggets every three to four hours-and their menu item was an example. But one “diet plan” is catching some extra attention this week, and it’s all because people are failing to read between the lines.
Will the Chick-fil-A diet work, despite its many drawbacks?
