Ohio St., Michigan classes show most star power in Big Ten

Class of 2016 defensive back/athlete Jordan Fuller (Westwood, New Jersey) has committed to Ohio State, he announced on Monday evening.

Among them are Ezekiel Elliott, a running back who was a contender for the Heisman Trophy; Joey Bosa, a defensive end who is projected to be selected in the top 10; and Cardale Jones, the onetime backup quarterback who led the Buckeyes to overwhelming victories in the 2014 Big Ten championship game, and then the Sugar Bowl and national championship game.

This is the third time since Meyer has been at Ohio State that he has hauled in a top-three recruiting class according to the Rivals.com rankings.

All the early departures set the bar even higher than usual for Ohio State’s recruiting this year. “Absolutely you keep score on that one”. A couple schools have already done that, moving to digital filing of the scholarship papers, locking in a recruit and a program.

When healthy, the 6-foot-2, 195-pound Fuller was one of the most dynamic all-around players in North Jersey over the past three years.
