Colts play in Pro Bowl

It wasn’t your typical Sunday, but four Green Bay Packers participated in the Pro Bowl which saw team Irvin led by the Packers coaching squad, outlast Team Rice, who featured four Green Bay Packers players on the team. Team Irvin furthered their lead, when quarterback TEDDY BRIDGEWATER threw a 2 yard touchdown pass to running back DARREN SPROLES who caught the pass between two defenders and in the end zone.

Irvin, a Hall of Fame receiver, picked Wilson first in the Pro Bowl roster draft and surrounded him with young running backs and elite receivers. Bledsoe didn’t fare much better in his appearance as a Bill, completing 9-of-18 passes for 122 yards and an interception.

Leading Team Irvin to the 49-27 victory over Team Rice, Russell go the start under center while playing just over a quarter.

In addition to his duties on the defensive line, Bennett lined up at wide receiver for one play during the 7-on-7 portion of practice.

Griffen applied pressure on Wilson on a couple of plays and finished with three tackles, the third-highest total for Team Rice.

Team Rice also struck first to open the game on a 10-play, 75-yard drive engineered by New York Giants quarterback Manning.

Robot Sean Lee ended up intercepting, who else, Eli Manning and then got creative on the run back.

Team Irvin made it a three-touchdown game on a 51-yard scoring pass from Winston to Tennessee tight end Delanie Walker. Walker caught three passes for 80 yards and a score, while Hopkins added 71 yards and a touchdown on three catches from the quarterbacks of Team Irvin.

The 2016 Pro Bowl from Aloha Stadium in Hawaii is just hours away. However, this season’s Pro Bowl set a record, with 133 players receiving invites to a game the National Football League doesn’t even care about or want to put on.

Buffalo’s Taylor got into the scoring column with a 31-yard touchdown pass to Miami’s Jarvis Landry.

Team Rice scored on the opening series of the second half on a 2-yard run by Buccaneers running back Doug Martin. Meanwhile, Robinson led the way for the offense of Team Irvin with 105 yards on two receptions.
