Get ready to whip out the tissues, because the latest Pantene Super Bowl commercial features three National Football League players attempting to style their daughters’ hair.

New Orleans Saints tight end Benjamin Watson was up next for the hairdo challenge, with the big man surprisingly doing very well with his daughter Grace’s hair. “A dad ‘do comes from the heart”, Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten says, but adds, “there’s probably not a whole lot of style!”

Grace laughs with glee as her dad hands her a mirror to see the final look, embellished with a red and green bow, as she dubs it the “Who-Dad” do and proclaims “I love it”. And hey, as these dads know better than anyone, you can always throw on a helmet (daddy/daughter bike ride, anyone?) to cover any number of hair sins.

It definitely wasn’t DeAngelo Williams’ first go at doing his daughter’s hair – he was a natural at it! ‘You know what’s easier for me? These hair adventures are guaranteed to make you smile..

“Research shows that quality time spent with dads is key in raising daughters who are more self-confident, self-reliant and more successful in school and in their careers”, Pantene said in a news release.

In a new campaign for Pantene, entitled “Strong is attractive”, the dads create “Dad-Do’s”, or, various looks styled for their adorable daughters.
