Bill Romanowski hasn’t changed a bit, would choke Cam Newton
Former San Diego Chargers and New England Patriots safety Rodney Harrison, in an appearance on the Dan Patrick Show, became the latest ex-NFL defender to suggest that trying to knock Panthers quarterback Cam Newton out is the way to stop him from scoring touchdowns. But Dorsey has been a major influence as Newton has flourished into a sensation.

Dorsey has been the Panthers quarterback coach since 2013 while Rivera and offensive coordinator Mike Shula have been with the Panthers since 2011.
Newton has forged a relationship with Jordan, the owner of the Charlotte Hornets, while living in Charlotte, North Carolina. “You can also throw Ken Dorsey into that mix as well”. We’re just playing great football and we’re accompanying each other offensively and defensively and we take a lot of pressure off each other when the defense gets a turnover or the defense gets a three-and-out and gives the offense great field position.
Harrison: The defense is different from when I came in the league back in ’94, the mentality is different. These are the conversations that no one talks about [among] defensive players. I would go right to his knees.
Romanowski played with the 49ers, Philadelphia Eagles, Denver Broncos and Raiders over his 16-year career.
Newton and the Panthers will face the Broncos in Super Bowl 50 on Sunday. Hit him in the mouth.
“He’s a busy man, as you can probably imagine”, Newton said. “We try to focus on being an all-around passer, an all-around quarterback technique-wise”.

“We’re going for his knees”, Harrison said his game plan would be. Chosen, as we mentioned, is one month old.
