Steph Curry To Defend NBA 3-Point Contest Title
And while the inclusion of the 6-foot-11 Bosh might raise some eyebrows, he’s shooting almost 37 percent on more than four long balls per game, he’s become quite the stretchy big man over the years, and you’d be hard-pressed to say he hasn’t earned some sort of All-Star Saturday placement after leading the most dominant dynasty in the history of the now-defunct Shooting Stars competition.

Steph Curry, a reigning MVP, will lead eight other shooters at the 2016 National Basketball Association 3-Point Contest on Saturday, February 13.
Others named to compete are JJ Redick, Khris Middleton, James Harden, Chris Bosh, Kyle Lowry and rookie Devin Booker. LaVine impressed during last year’s contest, with a show of athleticism and innovation seeing him put on a memorable display. As of January 20, Harden scored 1,000 career three-pointers made at the youngest age of 26-years-old. This will be his first invite to the All-Star weekend.
Media NBA notes the NBA Development League will be streaming on the NBA D-League YouTube Channel, as well as NBADLeague.com and will be broadcasting the Foot Locker 3-Point Contest live at the Ricoh Coliseum in Toronto beginning at 1:30 p.m. ET on February 13. The guards in the contest include defending champion Patrick Beverley of Houston, CJ McCollum of Portland, Isaiah Thomas of Boston and Jordan Clarkson of the Los Angeles Lakers.
The skills challenge is a “three-round, obstacle-course competition that tests dribbling, passing agility and three-point-shooting skills”, according to the NBA’s announcement on Thursday.
New Orleans Pelicans power forward Anthony Davis and Kings center DeMarcus Cousins lead the way, with Warriors do-it-all forward Draymond Green a sneaky good bet to roll in the event.

The dunk contest field is also finalized, and you can bet this will be a great one.
