Randeep Hooda is the latest actor to have gone through a major body change within the year to fit into two different roles. Randeep Hooda has always had an element of surprise in his films, but this look will leave you in disbelief.

Randeep Hooda is known for his determination and when asked by the director Omung Kumar for “Sarabjit“, there was an immediate “yes” from the actor.
Randeep, 39, who had gained weight for his romantic drama “Do Lafzon Ki Kahani”, called his physical transformation a “roller coater” ride.
“The role needed Randeep to look very fragile with his bones visible”. The moment I told him about this, Randeep just looked into my eyes and said he would do it! He went by way of a strict diet drop approximately 18 kgs of weight in 28 days and infact in the previous couple of days he was living entirely on water. “He took up the challenge and shocked even me”, admits Omung. “His weight loss has become a catalyst for him to get into the character with the right body language”, he said.

Directed by Omung Kumar “Sarbjit” revolves around a farmer who crosses the India-Pakistan border under the influence of liquor and is mistaken as an Indian spy. Produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Sandeep Singh, and Omung Kumar, the film is slated to release on May 19, 2016 with its premiere at the Cannes Film Festival.
