Jeb Bush awkwardly asks audience to applaud his speech

With endorsements from seven New Hampshire newspapers, The New York Times and The Boston Globe, Kasich, 63, exudes confidence at his town hall meetings; he held his 95th in New Hampshire Wednesday, according to his campaign.

But Iowa was not far from his mind, even as he told voters here that “the reset has started as of tonight”, and that on New Hampshire’s primary day next Tuesday, he plans to “surprise the world”.

“The numbers aren’t looking good for him right now, but that’s why I thought I should actually come out here”, Richardson said.

“While Senator Rubio is a tremendous political talent, he is not the best choice to serve as Commander-In-Chief”.

“Everybody is weighing and balancing what they know now that they didn’t know 10 months ago, and I think that the person who gets closest to me is a Rubio”, Sessions said.

Just hours after Ted Cruz declared victory in Iowa the GOP presidential candidates shifted their focus to New Hampshire. As the two candidates vie for more traditional Republican votes, however, their attacks on one another have anxious Isaacs. “New Hampshire voters reset elections, and you do it in an extraordinary fashion”, he stated.

Jeb Bush ditched his normal walk-out song Thursday night to play the Beach Boys’ “Barbara Ann”. Despite his failure to energise voters Mr Bush, helped by his wealth and family name, still has the support of a formidable Republican donor machine. “I$3 would rather read a book than go out and get in a conga line and go dancing”, he admitted later. Not all of that spending was in Iowa, but Bush refused to give up on the state – and it cost him. I understand Bush was hurt when Marco Rubio chose to throw his hat in the ring rather than rally to his side.

Bush’s most prominent supporters on Capitol Hill are striking a similar note. “Those are things the media comes up with because it makes it easier for them to cover political news”. Mother and former first lady Barbara Bush appeared with the former Florida governor in New Hampshire earlier this week.
