At least one Bush backer, Nevada assemblyman David Gardner, has publicly switched his endorsement to Rubio. ABC co-moderator Josh McElveen pressed real estate tycoon Donald Trump on eminent domain, which defined by International Business Times as a situation where governments seize private property to make way for public development projects. The former Florida governor cited Sen. Trump tried to buy Coking’s boarding house in Atlantic City in the 1990’s to tear it down and use the land for his Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino.

– A standing-room only crowd in Bedford greeted former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush on Saturday as the presidential candidate continued his message of experience and optimism. “You need eminent domain”.

Trump interjected, “Jeb wants to be a tough guy tonight”.

“I’m a woman”, she added.

“But he’s not a bragger – we don’t allow that – but he’s decent and honest”, she said.

The RNC reportedly hit back at Trump’s claim, saying that only 75 donors were in attendance in an audience of 1,000.

“And a lot of the big conservatives who tell me how conservative they are … they tell me, Oh, they all want the Keystone pipeline”.

Trump has insisted that “eminent domain is an absolute necessity for…our country”.

Barbara Bush initially declined to show her true feelings about Trump, the man who’s been tearing into her son for more than six months as someone who’s “dumb as a rock” and “low energy”. “Can I get a hug?”

“This Morning” co-host Norah O’Donnell brought up an advertisement that’s now running in New Hampshire and has been assailed by Trump. His brother, former President George W. Bush, also appeared in a new ad on Friday praising Jeb as having “a good heart and a strong backbone” and being able to unite the country. Bush regularly boasts that he’s the only candidate willing to take Trump head-on, though other candidates, especially Ted Cruz, have started mounting attacks as well. “Do you see eminent domain as an appropriate tool to get that project done?” he asked, pointing to Trump’s past business endeavors and his support for its use for the Keystone XL Pipeline. You know who has the tickets for the – I’m talking about, to the television audience?

Barbara Bush also attended one of her son’s town hall meetings Thursday night, where she was greeted with a long standing ovation from 300 people crowded into a middle school gymnasium.
