Student failed to return library book, arrested, jailed
Have you ever heard that a student, who fails in returning his overdue books to library, is arrested and jailed? Yes, this is true.

This story is from Texas where a student Jory Enck, brought a study guide book for General Educational Developments Exams from a local library in the year 2010. He was arrested few days back under some local bylaw which says that if a student doesn’t return the issued book within the time period and also not responding the phone calls then he may get arrested by the police or may have to pay penalty.

Later accused student got bail after paying a penalty of $200. When some local news reporters investigated about the incident, then they found that the book was returned just the say after his arrest.
