Coldplay, Bruno, Beyonce bring it at halftime
All eyes were on Beyonce as she performed at the Super Bowl halftime show on Sunday – but you could be forgiven for not spotting her blink-and-you-miss-it stumble as she covered it up so well. It was a gutsy move: Martin had said last week that he wouldn’t perform Coldplay’s collaboration with Queen Bey, “Hymn For the Weekend”, because it was too new.

The star revealed a video before the track the day before its live debut at the Super Bowl halftime show.
Give Chris Martin and Coldplay credit: It takes a certain lack of ego for musicians to essentially let themselves be upstaged at their own Super Bowl show.
During a very energetic dance, the Formation singer appeared to fall backwards slightly, before flawlessly getting back into the dance. She quickly recovers, however, her face just looking relieved.
After this, the show kicked into overdrive when Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars turned up for their smash hit ‘Uptown Funk, ‘ which segued perfectly into Beyonce singing her new single, ‘Formation’.
The show concluded with fireworks and the message Believe in Love spelled out on a rainbow background over half of the stadium seating. There had been speculation as to whether Beyonce was working on new music due to her inactivity on Instagram and various rumours alike.
The Broncos returned to the field to beat the Panthers 24-10.

The American football game drew numerous celebrity fans, including David Beckham and his son Brooklyn, Michael Douglas and his wife Catherine Zeta-Jones and singer Justin Bieber.
