A First Look At B.D. Wong As Gotham’s Hugo Strange
EW has an exclusive first look at a “chilling” new promo – get it? – that focuses on two villains: Mr. Freeze (played by Nathan Darrow) and BD Wong’s Hugo Strange.

He goes bald, sports a chinstrap beard and rose-colored glasses to channel the comic book character.
“What he is doing in [Arkham Asylum] is indeed very, very bad”, states Wong. He’ll be in charge of the new Arkham – and potentially has ties to the mysterious Indian Hill laboratory located underneath.
In the series, odd will be running things at Arkham Asylum and will cross paths with Robin Lord Taylor’s Oswald Cobblepot aka Penguin when he is admitted to the hospital. “Imagine the worst thing someone might do”, he teased.
Odd may seem a bit obscure to fans of the Batman movies, but he’s shown up in animated form and, in the comics, he actually predates both Joker and Catwoman as one of the Caped Crusader’s oldest foes. Wong as Hugo Strange in the upcoming return of Gotham.
