Bovada gives Bears 40/1 odds to win Super Bowl LI

The good news is that the Colts still have an entire offseason ahead of them in which they can improve, and if they do that, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see their Super Bowl 51 odds improve either. The Broncos were 8/1, while the Panthers were 30/1. That ranks 13th among the NFL’s 32 teams although seven other teams are also listed at 33-1.

It goes without saying, but the Lions aren’t favorites to win Super Bowl LI. The next least likely team is San Francisco at 75-1 followed by eight teams at 60-1.

The 2015 season is a wrap, with the Denver Broncos taking home the Lombardi Trophy following Super Bowl 50.

Not surprisingly, the Browns aren’t close when it comes to playing in the Super Bowl next year, either.

The Carolina Panthers, New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks are 9/1 co-favorites to win it all next time around, as of Monday morning, via Bovada. The 2016 season could be another rough one for the Cleveland Browns.

As David Fucillo of SB Nation noted Sunday night after the Broncos-Panthers game, the 49ers have hired a dynamic offensive head coach in Chip Kelly, “but it has not done much for their perceived chances”. Can he perform another miracle in 2016?
