Levi’s Stadium’s turf didn’t hold up well during the Super Bowl

A few folks expressed sticker shock on Twitter on Sunday afternoon after noticing the concession-stand prices at Super Bowl 50 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., where the Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers were playing the NFL’s biggest game.

Levi’s Stadium was designed by HNTB and built by Turner/Devcon for the Santa Clara Stadium Authority.

There are extra patrols on the streets near Levi Stadium.

As stated above, domestic beer is usually $10, but at Super Bowl 50 it will cost fans $13.00.

The grass was supplied by West Coast Turf, a company from the Palm Springs area.

The Bay Area’s Super Bowl Host Committee is considering putting in a bid to host another big game.

The NFL will make millions, if not billions, on Sunday’s Super Bowl as they crown their next champion to conclude the season.

Fans said they feel safer with the extra security.

“Our system has never had any significant failures during big events, so we’re keeping our fingers crossed that I haven’t jinxed us by saying that”, he said.

“Especially the Super Bowl, I bet people want to let others know that they’re there because they paid so much to get there”.
