On April 22, Gajendra Singh, a farmer from Rajasthan allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself from a tree in full public view in the presence of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal at an Aam Aadmi Party rally in New Delhi’s Jantar Mantar area.

Responding to a question that a picture was doing the rounds on the social media with a message that AAP would observe Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale’s birth anniversary on February 12, Sanjay Singh said frustrated by the success of the party, it was dirty politics being played by political rivals.

Retorting to the charges levelled by Punjab Congress Chief Captain Amarinder Singh, Sanjay Singh said that AAP is not trading in politics of division, but it is uniting people against the loot and mal-administration of the traditional political parties of the State.

The statement of BJP President is also contradictory to stand taken by its alliance partner Shiromani Akali Dal. The SAD has also facilitated release of many noted khalistani supporters and former terrorists lodged in various jails.

Ludhiana: A court here on Monday granted bail to AAP leader Sanjay Singh in a defamation case filed against him by Punjab minister Bikram Singh Majithia. He said that the AAP poster, urging people to mark Bhindranwale birth anniversary, has in a way exposed the AAP before the people of Punjab. Later on, AAP would also include issues such as declining fiscal health, river waters and worsening of environment in the state. “BJP is of the firm view that it will not allow anyone to disturb the hard earned peace for fulfilling petty political interests”, he said. “We will invite sidhuji in AAP, would want him to lead us as he is our senior”, he added.
