New Hampshire victory for Trump, Sanders
He is also raising at least as much money, and spending less of it, than the former First Lady. The Democrats’ New Hampshire victor, Bernie Sanders, had breakfast Wednesday in NY with the Rev. Al Sharpton, hoping to boost his appeal with minorities. With Bernie, we are all going to hell! “Maybe greater than ever before”.

Mr. Sanders may be the political, and sartorial, polar opposite of Mr. Trump, but he has tapped into a similar vein of revulsion for business as usual in American politics. Marco Rubio jostled for third place, while a disappointed New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie trailed behind.
In short, the leaders of both parties are giving voters even more reason to revolt.
Noting that he was greatly honored by his sweeping victory in New Hampshire, Trump said he thinks he will do very well in SC. “But I’m OK at handling threats”.
Nevertheless, Clinton merely needs to perform as well as she did in 2008 when she lost the nomination to then-senator Barack Obama based on the preferences of “super delegates” to the national convention while winning both the pledged delegate count and the popular vote.
The Nevada caucus is the next major election to take place on the road to the Republican and Democratic nomination for president this month.
It tells us that we’re really exhausted of the insiders – Republicans and Democrats.
Mr Sanders’ campaign launched ads Wednesday in Oklahoma, Minnesota, Colorado and MA – all states where they believe the Vermont senator can grow.
Clinton tried to show she’d heard the message. They’re hungry for solutions.
Rubio acknowledged the damage Saturday’s debate may have done in his speech Tuesday night. But the outcome had been brewing for months.
With Trump proving in New Hampshire that he can win over a broad coalition of Republicans and independent voters, and Cruz riding high among evangelicals and other social conservatives, the Trump-Cruz battle will be paramount, with mainstream candidates likely scrapping for bronze in SC. Just a week ago Rubio looked like the presumptive establishment champion, but his awful debate performance over the weekend cost him mightily.
Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz on Wednesday compared rival Donald Trump to Democrats Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton on healthcare.
For governor John Kasich, whose second-place showing was New Hampshire’s primary stunner, the task was to convert new-found interest into support in a state ideologically distant from his native Ohio. Kasich said the best part of his campaign was the town halls where people came and “felt safe” and could share their problems with him.
He told supporters that instead of going to SC, he’ll head home to “take a deep breath” and take stock of his struggling presidential bid.
The candidate will also be pulling out his brother, former president George W. Bush, as a surrogate on the trail in SC. “If you campaign against Donald saying, ‘hey, I’m more liberal than you I’m more into amnesty than you, I’ll be softer on radical Islamic terrorists than you, it doesn’t work, as we’ve seen twice in Iowa and New Hampshire”. On the GOP side, Trump won with 35 percent, Kaisch earned 16 percent and Cruz only 12.

Mr Trump, the undisputed frontrunner of the Republican field, now has a double-digit lead in SC and Nevada, according to opinion polls.
