Former Los Angeles Lakers star Magic Johnson was one of the first people to buy season tickets for the L.A. Rams and now he’s hot in pursuit of a new quarterback for the team.
Among the highlights was a spin on a favorite segment called “NFL Superlatives”, in which Fallon shared several past gags about Manning.
Manning, 39, who was a guest on the show along with Johnson, simply laughed off the statement and said that he was embarrassed. “I’m going to drink a lot of Budweiser tonight, Tracy, I promise you that”, Manning told CBS reporter Tracy Wolfson when asked about his possible retirement.
Hall of Fame basketball player Magic Johnson knows who he wants to quarterback the Los Angeles Rams in 2016: Peyton Manning.
Commercial pitchman Peyton Manning joined The Tonight Show on Wednesday, surprisingly not to hawk a beer or pizza company. He returned in Week 17 and did not throw another interception until the Super Bowl. “I’ve Fallen and I Can’t Get Up'”.

Also on the show, Manning challenged Johnson in a game of “Egg Russian Roulette”, a game in which contestants take turns smashing eggs into their foreheads.
