3rd AAP minister under graft cloud
The alleged sting operation shows Hammad asking the builder to sort out a matter with the minister as he was miffed over it. The alleged complainant says, “For 60-65 yard place he (the minister) is demanding Rs 30 lakh”.

The Congress on Tuesday levelled serious allegations of corruption on Delhi environment minister Imran Hussain based on a sting operation carried out by the party.
The alleged video shows Hammad entering an office-like room being greeted by the so-called builder Kasim. If Ajay Maken can prove the charges, I will quit politics. He said he would send copies of the video and audio clips to the Chief Minister and CBI.
Soon Congress supporters launched a new twitter hashtag accusing the AAP government of being ‘corrupt’.
After Jitendra Tomar and Asim Ahmed Khan, who have been removed from the Aam Aadmi Party’s government on account of corruption charges, now a third minister, Imran Hussain, faces accusations that his aides have been demanding a bribe of Rs. 25 lakhs from a builder for granting environmental clearances. “Also we want the Chief Minister to take necessary action and suspend the minister”, said Maken, who also serves as the Delhi Congress chief.
He added that if an impartial probe is held, Kejriwal too may come under the scanner as there have been charges of selling tickets during polls.
The clips show a member of Delhi Government Hammad speaking to businessman Qasim.
“Broadcast of a video-audio sting by a TV channel has exposed his (Hussain’s) corruption”, said Delhi BJP president Satish Upadhyay.

The name of the minister in the Arvind Kejriwal cabinet comes up several times during the conversation heard in the clip.
