George W. Bush cuts South Carolina radio ad for Jeb
To beef up his credibility in the Palmetto State, his big brother, former President George W. Bush, is hitting the air waves on behalf of Jeb’s campaign.

The former president is expected to campaign with Jeb in the coming days, the first time he’s appeared on the stump for his brother.
Jeb Bush made a decision to “actively explore” a 2016 presidential bid after conversations with his family over Thanksgiving, he said in a Facebook post Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2014.
‘There’s no doubt in my mind that Jeb Bush will be a great commander-in-chief for our military. “My case will be about national security and economic security, but particularly the national security issues”.
In South Carolina, Gov. Bush will try to tap into the base of support that did a lot to propel George Herbert Walker Bush and George W. Bush into the White House.
George W. Bush won the SC primary in his 2000 presidential race.
The former Florida governor worked the Lowcountry on Wednesday just a few hours after escaping New Hampshire with 11 percent of the vote, a fourth place finish and three delegates.

“Young people add vibrancy…to a campaign – but when it comes down to it, it’s about policy and young people are exhausted of being told that entitlement programs are going to be around for them-that college tuition is skyrocketing and that economic opportunities aren’t there for them”, he said. “Trump’s a master at capturing people’s angst, but he hasn’t offered a compelling alternative to where we are right now”. “He’s been a capable governor for sure. I think that’s me”.
