Sanders Beats Clinton In Honesty Poll By 87 Percent Margin

Now campaigning in SC, he’s going harder after Trump, who ran away with a victory in New Hampshire and is leading the polls in the Palmetto State by a wide margin. The candidate came in at second-to-last in the most recent New Hampshire primary but has, however, confirmed that he intends to remain in the race for now.

Clinton and Sanders will have their next showdown in a Democratic debate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin Thursday, while Republican candidates will have their debate in Greenville, South Carolina, on Saturday.

Christie racked up a long list of notable endorsements from state legislative leaders in New Hampshire. But Cruz likely sees it as a necessity.

Cruz emerged from Iowa, however, as the most viable constitutional conservative choice. He won young and old, men and women, independents and Republicans, first-time voters and returning ones, moderates and people who call themselves “very conservative”.

Considering Hillary Clinton was once the favorite to secure the Democratic nomination, the news is sure to come as a shock to her. That being said, there’s still plenty of Clinton supporting states that the former Secretary of State and First Lady will help secure her nomination.

King says SC voters will be far less tolerant of Trump’s use of profanity and name-calling from the stage. However, they both managed to pick up more votes than Ben Carson, who appears to be clinging on to his candidacy.

Jeb Bush is hoping for a stronger showing than the fourth-place finish in Tuesday’s primary in New Hampshire, where he campaigned with his popular mother Barbara Bush, the wife of former president George H.W. Bush. He was poised to emerge from his third-place finish in Iowa as the mainstream GOP choice.

Nearly all the Republicans have spent months building complex campaigns in SC. Kasich’s campaign has talked about hanging on until some big Midwestern states vote in March, but that’s not a winning path. There’s a danger for the caucuses in the future if Kasich creates a path to the nomination that barely touches Iowa.

Sanders traveled to New York Wednesday for a Harlem breakfast meeting with Rev. Al Sharpton. In the months leading up to Tuesday’s primary, both Kasichs campaign and the super PAC supporting him unleashing a torrent of attack ads against Trump in New Hampshire.

Beefing up his ability to take the fight to Clinton for the long term, the Sanders camp announced he raised $5.2 million in the 18 hours following his New Hampshire win.
