Patriots owner Robert Kraft teases Mannings about Super Bowl win total
New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft was quick to point that out Wednesday in a one-on-one interview with WCVB-TV’s Maria Stephanos. Such was the case earlier this week when Kraft attempted to burn both New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning and Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning. Kraft wants to remind everyone of one thing, however: Tom Brady has more rings.

“I happened to see Archie [Manning] there”.
If Super Bowl 50 was Peyton Manning’s last game, then his former boss and the man who drafted him envisions an easy job transition. “But with all due respect, we have one son who has won four”.
He’s not wrong. Peyton Manning has two rings, Eli Manning has two rings, and Tom Brady has four rings. What is Kraft taking credit for here?
“You look at the teams in our division, and see how many quarterbacks they’ve had since we’ve been in”.
That combined 1-5 record against the Manning Brothers in Championship Games must really, really sting.
Of the booing that Brady received at Levi’s Stadium when he was introduced during a ceremony before the game, Kraft said, “We didn’t hear it. …” Before their monstrous defense supplied the Kryptonite to Cam Newton’s Superman routine, they first had to take the Patriots’ proud-but-battered offense behind the woodshed. Did the Krafts adopt Tom Brady without telling anyone?

Kraft added that he regretted his team’s failure to lock up home-field advantage in the AFC playoffs. Instead, the Patriots sputtered, losing 20-10 in the regular season finale.
