Makeshift hospital destroyed by airstrike in Syria
An anonymous aid worker said at least one patient was killed and nine Syria staff members were missing and presumed dead.

The incident comes days after world powers, including Russian Federation, agreed to a limited cessation of hostilities in Syria in order to let aid reach those most in need.
Mirella Hodeib says her group, also known by its French acronym MSF, had no immediate word on casualties from Monday’s airstrike in the town of Maaret al-Numan in Idlib province. It was undetermined whether that attack was conducted by Russian Federation or by the forces of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
On 5 February, three people were killed and six wounded when an MSF-supported hospital in the southern province of Deraa was hit in an air strike.
“This appears to be a deliberate attack on a health structure”, the group’s head of mission, Massimiliano Rebaudengo, said in a statement.
The attack on Tafas field hospital, about 12km (7 miles) from the Jordanian border, caused partial damage to the hospital building.

MSF said the makeshift hospital was destroyed after being hit by four missiles following two attacks within a few minutes interval.
