‘The Walking Dead’ just recreated a huge scene from the comics

The midseason premiere is titled “Now Way Out” and it picks up from where the end-credit scene of the midseason finale left off. Here are detailed spoilers for the highly anticipated segment of the AMC’s fan-favourite series.

“No Way Out”, the latest episode of “The Walking Dead”, was a pretty big deal for Carl Grimes and comic book fans alike: during one pinnacle moment, Carl was shot in the face and lost his eye, just like his comic book counterpart.

Where, when and how can you catch the next episode of The Walking Dead? They are asked to hand over their weapons and when they ask why, the guy tells them that their weapons, their truck, the gas in the truck, even the stash of napkins in the glove box, everything belongs to Negan. We know that Negan is still out there, and his crew is probably a lot larger than the few bikers Daryl blew up with a rocket launcher. Apparently he doesn’t like when someone asks him who Negan is, or any questions for that matter. “Mom?” while they were all covered in walker entrails and trying to pass as the undead, you’ll already know he doesn’t exactly help the plan go well. Jessie refuses to let go of Carl’s (Chandler Riggs) arm and Rick’s forced to chop off her arm when walkers start attacking her. We established that when it comes to Sam, Jessie is weak.

Carol and Morgan had yet another argument about whether Morgan was being a misguided dunce for keeping one of the Wolves captive, instead of killing him.

In the meantime, Glenn was extremely patient with the incredibly annoying Enid, who chose the moment he had to find the resources to try to save his pregnant wife Maggie to have a bout of teenage angst.

Jessie screams in horror as she watches her son get eaten alive. Later, Rick is with Carl, who seems to be waking up after his injury. “I had some blood around my eye and they didn’t actually have any makeup on my eye until Rick was carrying Carl inside the infirmary”. She then tells them all what she needs to be able to take care of Carl. This is like holding onto your couches because it’s such a contrast to what everyone just saw – in tone primarily, but the feelings people come away with from episode 10 I would think are utterly and completely different than 9. He grabs an ax and goes outside! Michonne drives her katana through the boy to save them but a shot was sacked and Carl realizes he had been shot straight in his right eye, so looks like some of our midseason premiere deathpredictions from last week turned out to be true – 3 and a half of it. Our gang has been fighting, as usual, but they’ve been joined by the people Rick used to sneeringly dismiss as weak losers: nerd supreme Eugene (Josh McDermitt), and the Alexandrians once mocked for their sheltered, idealistic ways.
