“We’re going to surprise them here in Nevada”, he said. Clinton is under pressure to keep her wide lead among Latinos, while Sanders must erode it to show he has a path to the nomination that does not rely mainly on the young white voters who make up the core of his support base. Indeed, those who watched or read Clinton’s quote nearly immediately thought “We bet you do”.

SANDERS: Well, it’s the case of doing, like, endorsements, you know.

SANDERS: It’s very important. They were more than half in ’08.
If Clinton wins the majority of the delegates at stake via primaries and caucuses, virtually all the people I have met and spoken to will accept that decision and vote for her in the general election.

The crowd did not appear to be disappointed at all, although they initially RSVPed for a Hillary Clinton event in this same location. But we must point out that Bernie Sanders also voted for that crime bill, but not for the welfare reform bill. Is this split generational? “That means the world to me”, Clinton responds, batting her eyelashes.
