Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has admitted he wouldn’t expect his friend Jose Mourinho to tell him about any negotiations going on with the club regarding next season.

Despite his unsuccessful stint at the club Moyes’ defended his decision to take the job stating,”If you go to Manchester United, that’s what you get”.

While Van Gaal has had to shoulder the majority of the blame from media and fans, Rooney said the players have simply underperformed.
