Ted Cruz to Donald Trump: Sue me
Trump is filing legal papers against his Republican presidential rival, threatening to sue Cruz if he doesn’t pull an abortion ad in SC that paints the billionaire in a pro-choice light.

Republican presidential candidate Marco Rubio has landed the coveted endorsement of South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley.
Mr Rubio is now in a dogfight with his mainstream “establishment” Republican competitors, Jeb Bush and John Kasich, to emerge as the man best positioned to challenge Donald Trump and Texas Senator Ted Cruz as the campaign rolls into a crowded March primary calendar.
“If we elect Marco Rubio, every day will be a great day in America”, Haley told a Rubio rally in Chapin, SC.
While polls indicate that Trump has a large lead in SC and other states, the Democratic race remains close.
Haley’s endorsement has always been sought after by Republican candidates.
Trump and Rubio are “repeatedly putting forth fabrications with no evidence, no basis whatsoever, just trying to throw mud and attack”, Cruz said.
While Haley did not announce who she was endorsing prior to Wednesday, she made it clear on Tuesday that she would not be endorsing business mogul Donald Trump, calling him “everything a governor doesn’t want in a president”. Tim Scott and Rep. Trey Gowdy, two high-profile members of the state’s congressional delegation.
Romney had backed Haley’s first run for governor in 2010, when she was still the longshot candidate in a four-way GOP primary.
In a goofy behind-the-scenes moment from Jeb’s latest campaign ad, the Republican candidate surprises the former president with a chest-to-chest salute.
Haley has gained national prominence since her response to the Charleston shooting a year ago, and she was selected by Speaker of the House Paul Ryan to deliver the response to President Obama’s State of the Union in January.
She stepped out onto the forefront of the highly contentious controversy surrounding the Confederate Battle Flag at the SC capital last summer.
The results of the poll show that over 34 percent of people thought Bush kept the country safe, while 35 percent said he did not.
