Edinson Cavani’s father has revealed he’d like to see his son play for Manchester United, Real Madrid or Juventus. When they play in the Champions League, you can see the problems.
Real are not believed to have made any moves for Cavani as yet but should they wish to do so in the summer they may face competition from Premier League side Manchester United who are also believed to be on the lookout for a new forward.
Cavani is not happy in that position and his father wants him to thrive somewhere in a central striking role which he is more naturally suited to.
Champions League Twitter had a go at the game, using the best tweets on Chelsea’s tactical bus, Cavani’s goal, and the language barrier between the fans. Based on reports, Juventus looks like the team who should have enough in them to give Cavani the sort of football he is looking for. The Uruguayan worldwide and Manchester United target even came on and scored against Chelsea last night, proving that he is good enough to start for Laurent Blanc’s men.
The speculations will continue until the 29-year-old makes a move away from Parc des Princes.
