A man in Canada refused to cooperate with police when they came there to arrest him. This man seems to be drunk and creating scene outside a bar.

This man, whom name is not yet known, acting like a drunk person outside a bar. Some other person made a complaint against him in police. And when police came and ordered that person to be on his knee, but that person just refused the order of police and keep on smoking.
At last police TASERED that man after he resisted arrest to have a smoke. Later police explained that this person has a violence history and he may cause some problem to anyone.

Police added that he is now at headquarters in police custody.
