Bill Cosby’s Wife to Be Deposed Today
U.S. District Judge Mark Mastroianni denied her emergency motion, as her lawyers stated that her court appearance “serves no objective other than to harass and embarrass her”. They argued the deposition, scheduled for Monday, would create a ” media circus” and threaten her personal safety.

The women are among 50 around the country who have accused Bill Cosby, 77, of sexual misconduct. He has pleaded not guilty.

Cosby, 78, has repeatedly denied wrongdoing, but a Pennsylvania judge early this month rejected his request to dismiss the charges.
