La Repubblica believes that Conte plans to have Candreva at the centre of his Italy plans for Euro 2016 and could then attempt to bring him to Chelsea.

And the odds have been slashed on Conte moving to Chelsea.
And according to Gazzetta dello Sport, the former Juventus boss has now agreed in principle to succeed Chelsea’s interim manager Guus Hiddink.
Conte would succeed Guus Hiddink, who replaced Jose Mourinho as manager in December.
We do know that Conte’s current contract with the Italian national team will end after Euro 2016 and there doesn’t seem to be much momentum behind a renewal.
The report states that Chelsea and the 46-year-old have agreed a deal and they are waiting on owner Roman Abramovich to make the final decision. “The story is that Conte is ‘ready for an adventure” in the Premier League, and that Chelsea will announce their new coach no later than mid-March.
He led Juventus to three consecutive Serie A (Italian first division) titles between 2012 and 2014 – a stretch which included an unbeaten league campaign in 2011-12.

Other names in the frame for the Stamford Bridge vacancy were Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri and Atletico Madrid’s Diego Simeone, but both have decied to stay with their respective clubs.
