President Obama Looking For Justice Who Will ‘Interpret’ Not ‘Make’ The Law
Two moderate GOP senators, Susan Collins of ME and Mark Kirk of IL, said Monday that the Senate should consider a nominee, and Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, had said last week he might hold hearings on a nominee.

He made the case for the hypocrisy of the Republicans who “say time and time again that the Constitution is their Bible” and go after President Obama when he issues executive orders that usurp the legislative powers given to the Congress by the Constitution. “It’s the Senate’s right to decide when, whether, how to confirm someone”.
Senators should do their job and expeditiously do the right thing in acting on President Obama’s nomination.
