Hillary Clinton campaigning in Arkansas days before primary

The East Main Street church was a last-minute addition to the former president’s schedule, two days before voters will choose between his wife, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and Vermont Sen. Clinton spent more than an hour running through a laundry list of ways he says his wife would be good for Virginia.
Hillary Clinton led Senator Bernie Sanders 52 to 40 percent among likely Democratic Virginia voters in a February 16th CNU poll. Clinton’s visit means most of the top presidential hopefuls will be campaigning in Arkansas during the weekend leading up to the Tuesday primary.
Unable to attend last nights event was Governor Terry McAuliffe, who declared a state of emergency in response to the storms that killed three people in Waverly and one in Appomatox.
President Clinton began speaking in Rock Hill at 11:45 at the Freedom Center for a “Get Out the Vote” push.
“I was in awe of her when first time I met her … because her first instinct was always, ‘What can I do to make it better?'” Clinton said. She’s been there before with President Clinton, Bill Clinton.
Kathy Kogut said she remains undecided about whom to vote for Tuesday, although she said she is certain she will vote Democratic. “My 24-year-old daughter is a big Bernie fan”.
“We’ve got to have a judge on the Supreme Court who wants to expand the right to vote, not contract the right to vote”, he said.
