Nick Bosa: Ohio State Buckeyes get commitment from Joey brother

It (probably) won’t be the end of the Bosa line in Columbus, though, as the end’s younger brother, Nick Bosa, announced on Twitter Thursday that he has decided to follow in his sibling’s OSU footsteps and verbally committed to the Buckeyes.

Scout.com also moved the Buckeyes 2016 class to No. 1, with Bosa the seventh top 100 player in the Scout rankings.

Nick Bosa attends St. Thomas Aquinas, and is the number two ranked prospect from the state of Florida and top-ranked defensive end.

It is true that Urban Meyer is best recruiter in the country.

Joey Bosa helped Ohio State finish No. 1 on the field last season. Ohio State is in a ideal storm right now. His father, John Bosa, was a first-round NFL draft selection by the Miami Dolphins in 1987 after playing at Boston College. It is nice to have Joey hand his torch off to younger brother Nick.

Bosa had offers from nearly every top school in the country, including Alabama, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Michigan State, Notre Dame and several more. Included in the Buckeyes’ star-studded class is No. 1-ranked running back Kareem Walkerand nine more ESPN 300 prospects. He is the 18th player to commit to Ohio State’s 2016 recruiting class.
