For the first time in many years, Samsung’s Galaxy S flagship will go on sale just a few weeks after the official reveal.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 is a solid step up from the S6.
Just a day before the trade show kicked off, Samsung launched its new Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge on February 21.
However, as far as the design is concerned the Xiaomi Mi 5 touts a 3D glass curved rear panel, whereas its larger sibling, the Mi 5 Pro sports a high-quality 3D ceramic body.
“Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S2 9.7” is the newest premium tablet from the Korean tech giant.
Additionally, the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge integrate Qualcomm TruSignal multi-antenna boost technology to intelligently compensate for signal impediments, improving call reliability, data speeds and call coverage while reducing radio power consumption.
Koh also stated that Samsung has tried to include in Galaxy S7 as many features as possible that were discontinued in the previous models.
The 5.5-inch size on the S7 Edge means that smaller hands that want the Edge functionality will be having difficulties unless they opt for the S6 Edge.
The bigger Galaxy also has a bigger battery of 3,600 mAh and has the capacity to accommodate a whopping 200 GB of extra storage.
According to a report in Phone Arena, Xiaomi Mi 5 scored 142,084 on AnTuTu as compared to the Exynos 8890 powered version of Galaxy S7, which scored 116,668. Last but not least, the smartphones will be shipped running the latest variant of the OS developed by Google, namely Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 is available to pre-order from a range of carriers, pre-orders of handset comes with a free Samsung Gear VR headset.

The Galaxy S7 will be available for purchase in no less than 60 countries beginning March 11.
