Ezra Miller talks The Flash movie, calls the TV show “awesome”
“We’re [both] The Flash – it’s parallel universes!” Turns out Miller is a huge fan of the series, and he’s also been taking a deep dive into the comics to learn as much as possible about his new alter ego.

Grant Gustin shows off his contagious smile as he arrives on the set of The Flash on Tuesday afternoon (July 14) in Vancouver, Canada. He joked that with both actors being The Flash, it’s the “event horizon” and that they crossed it!
Miller was asked just why The Flash movie is an exciting prospect and he responded by talking at length about how Barry Allen is the “hero of the Silver Age”. “It’s gonna be dope, like Jay Garrick and Barry Allen back in the day”. “Because of Eddie’s death, Barry is having a hard time being the hero”, Grant recently revealed when asked about Barry’s love life on the show.
During a promotional interview with MTV for “Trainwreck” where he stars as an intern working with Amy Schumer’s character, he also talked about his character in “The Flash“. “And, whats an interesting idea to me is, What the fuck does that do to someone?” Ezra Miller strikes me as an odd choice to play a superhero.
“Where he comes from is that we figured out that the Event Horizon was there, and he was the character who was created through our mythos machine of comic books to break that Event Horizon”, he continues, explaining that through it, one could explore such a realm, which he finds an interesting idea.
