3 injured in OH school shooting
Madison High School in OH declared that its students were safe while the school remained on lockdown following reports of an active shooter, according to a post purporting to be from the school’s official Facebook page.

Three students were shot in a rural school in Southwest Ohio today.
The school has said none of injuries were believed to be life-threatening.
“There is no feeling like that in the world”, she said. “Their eyes just told the story”.
The condition of the wounded was not yet known, and at least two medical helicopters had arrived on scene to transport them to a nearby hospital, local television station WCPO reported. It’s unclear whether the suspect is also a student.
“We don’t know if it was from the shooting or from exiting the school or because of the shrapnel from the bullets hitting into that small of an area”, Jones said.
Madison High School was planning to dismiss early, and the Butler County Sheriff’s Office was telling people to stay away from the school until the scene was cleared.
A law enforcement official says a shooting at a southwestern OH school district injured four students, with two shot and two hurt some other way.
The campus is near Middletown, roughly 30 miles north of Cincinnati.
The school district says it’s now dismissing students from the junior high and senior high schools as quickly as possible following the shooting. The school holds about 1,500 students, 100 teachers and eight administrators and support staff, according to the school website.

“Obviously it was a tragedy, but thank God that no life was lost”, Kasich said.
