Chris Rock Criticized for Joke About Asian Children at the Oscars
Just ask the Oscar producers themselves.

On Sunday night, fans got to see how Rock handled the controversy with monologues about the Oscars’ diversity issue and even a joke with controversial actress Stacey Dash.
So here are five suggestions we have for the 2017 host.
From Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith‘s boycott, to racism in the entertainment industry, Rock made fun of everything and anything in his opening monologue! Jada went mad. Will (Smith) went mad.
King took issue with Rock’s comment that the only reason black people didn’t protest the Oscars in 1962 or 1963 was because “we had real things to protest at the time”. Which is to say that it’s possible Jada took a stand because she loves her husband, and his exclusion from this year’s nominations was the final straw for her. If that’s the case … who cares? The hashtag blew up on social media after Spike Lee and Jada Pinkett Smith announced a boycott of the Academy Awards because of the event’s white bias.
“Jada boycotting the Oscars is like me boycotting Rihanna’s panties”.
After the audience erupted in uncomfortable laughter, setting the tone for the evening, he continued, “Her man Will was not nominated for Concussion”.
Get it? Because Asians are good at math. “You’re right. It’s also not fair that Will was paid $20 million for Wild Wild West!”.
“Did you really use your STAGE to tear down and diminish one of the strongest most fearless black women IN this town as the world watched???”
