It tells the story of an America falling apart as a deadly pandemic sweeps its borders. Narrated by numerous NPCs players will meet in New York City, the launch trailer has plenty of action, gunfire, and explosions.
Tom Clancy’s The Division launches in just under a week’s time (Tuesday, 8 March) on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
Hot on the heels of yesterday’s Nvidia Gameworks trailer, The Division has a brand new and shiny launch trailer out. As an Agent of The Division, it’s up to you to save what remains, and take back NY.
Tom Clancy’s The Division is an open world RPG shooter from Ubisoft Massive. Upon stepping foot in Ubisoft’s ravaged world, you’ll play an agent of The Division, a special unit created to restore some semblance of order to the city.

Although the publisher isn’t marketing The Division as an MMO, the project is clearly an ambitious one; at last count, it’s taking up the efforts of no fewer than four studios-Ubisoft Massive, Ubisoft Reflections, Red Storm Entertainment, and Ubisoft Annecy. Those who have preordered the game digitally can preload it today for Xbox One, Thursday for PC, and on March 6th for PlayStation 4.
