Christie Stands Onstage with Trump in Palm Beach
Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican Donald Trump scored delegate-rich Super Tuesday victories across the South and beyond as they bid for clear sailing in a tempest-tossed campaign for the presidential nominations.

“I think we’re going to be unified”, said Trump.
Donald Trump on Tuesday addressed the controversial support from former Ku Klux Klan leader David Duke, saying he “disavowed” Duke and that he has done “so much for equality”.
“Of course I am, of course I am”, Trump said. “A club that frankly set a new standard in clubs and a new standard in Palm Beach and I’ve gotten great credit for it”.
The Republican front-runner emphasized the club in Palm Beach is “totally open to everybody”. “I built the Mar-a-Lago Club, totally open to everybody”, Trump said.
Speculation continues to sizzle that Scott could endorse Trump in advance of Florida’s March 15 winner-take-all primary.
The town council tried, started in the 1990s, to limit membership, advertising, traffic, party attendance, photography and oversized American flags – and Trump hit back by accusing local officials of tolerating other clubs that excluded black and Jewish members. The counterattack put the council on its heels, and Trump carried the day.
Joining the club requires an initiation fee of at least 0,000, plus more than $10,000 in yearly fees.
According to the club’s website, Trump bought the Mar-a-Lago club in 1985 but didn’t open it to the public until 1995.
