Wenger has stated that the experienced custodian will be on the sidelines for the foreseeable future, but that he has faith in replacement David Ospina.

Arsenal have not finished below rivals Spurs during Wenger’s tenure but they are at risk of spurning arguably their best chance to win the league since last lifting the trophy in 2003-04.
Arsenal take on Tottenham in the north London derby at White Hart Lane on Saturday, now trailing Premier League leaders Leicester City by six points with 10 games to play.
The Arsenal boss also said Jack Wilshere is still three to four weeks away from returning from a leg fracture he sustained before the season, but that the midfielder could be ready for a return after the worldwide break.
Arsenal’s travails as the Premier League season reaches its climax have led many pundits, ex-players and fans to say that the coming summer is the time for Wenger to either jump or be pushed. I’m not anxious at all on that front.
“It’s a serious calf injury; it was initially thought to be a groin injury as he was finding it hard to kick the ball, but he might have over-compensated and provoked the other muscle injury”.
“I have never heard the Arsenal supporters as angry as they were at the Emirates on Wednesday night when their team lost at home to Swansea”, Henry wrote in The Sun. I think it will keep him out of the game against Tottenham at the weekend.
“It looks a little bit like that [we are lacking confidence], yes”, Wenger explained. “At the moment we don’t dream, we have to be realistic and come back to what we do well”.

“If we go out on to to the pitch with hunger to become champions, to win the Premier League or the Champions League we can achieve it”, he told DirecTV. “Our motivation is to be ambitious and win every game. We have maybe more duels than usual in the game on the pitch and the pitch is quick as well so that makes for a very quick game”. “Different clubs sometimes sign a player or a manager with a big background or big trophies behind them”, the Argentine said.
