The very first teaser trailer for the “X-Files” six-episode revival mini-series has been released.

As was noted in the report, Kumail Nanjiani will be playing the role of an animal control officer in an episode written by Darin Morgan.

At the end of a long day, stars David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson were reminiscing about their time on the show and Anderson suggested Nanjiani film it. While he adds that the video was low quality, he hopes to include it on the podcast in the near future.
