“If something unusual happens don’t blame the little teams, blame themselves”.

Considering Leicester picked up 23 points from a possible 27 in the corresponding fixtures against their next nine opponents, it is understandable why they have now become outright favourites. You are afraid. You are not strong. “I think all the fans want the sport to be very clear and there is respect for everybody”.

“From the beginning, when something was wrong, I said “dilly-ding, dilly-dong, wake up” during training sessions”.

“I am proud of the spirit the players have shown and the response even at 2-1 down, with 10 men, away from home, we managed to come back with at least a point”. Let’s call it the money pot created by soccer and the fandom around the world.

“Normally it’s Manchester City, Manchester United or Chelsea – always the same”. It’s a wonderful, wonderful story.

Alexis Sanchez secured a point for 10-man Arsenal with a late equaliser that means second-placed Tottenham have taken just one point from their last two games.

The world watched agog as the Leicester juggernaut rolled on with another win to put them further ahead at the top of the table. Their defense is still the best in the Premier League, despite a pair of fullbacks that can fly forward on any possession and smash in crosses.

“The most important thing is to recover our level of performance in the Premier League because we have lost the last three”.

And the visitors spurned a gilt-edged chance to open the scoring in the 23rd minute as Jamie Vardy played in Mahrez down the left-hand side, but the Premier League’s top scorer could only fire wide from the Algeria international’s return pass.

Leicester played nearly three hours after the Tottenham-Arsenal game finished, and didn’t waste the opportunity to extend its advantage at the top.

Watford are Leicester’s next opponents in Saturday’s evening kick-off at Vicarage Road.

“No injury”, said Ranieri.

But Ranieri is taking nothing for granted, telling Sky Sports : “I know it is a good moment for us, but there are nine games, every match is hard”.

Pochettino’s side host the Gunners on Saturday in one of the most eagerly anticipated showdowns between these bitter north London rivals for decades. We need to feel proud and pleased with the effort of the players.

‘We are not nervous, our job is done and our job was to save the team, ‘ said Ranieri, whose Leicester side narrowly avoided relegation last term.
