Tiger Woods: Feeling better, but no timetable on return
Taylor Crozier, an 11-year-old golfer from Corpus Christi, experienced a day he will never forget after he shot a hole-in-one during the inaugural shot of Tiger Woods’ new golf course – with Tiger watching.

It was on the very first hole that the ace was made, an 81-yard par-3, in front of the crowd Crozier played his shot to the left of the pin and let gravity do the rest.
“That’s that killer instinct that I need to get back”.
The 40-year-old has been off the PGA Tour with ongoing back issues and recently admitted there is no timescale on his return.
He added: “My short game feels pretty sharp”.
Tiger Woods was incredibly candid on Wednesday at Bluejack National, a course he designed in Houston.
While it is not panic stations yet, Day did call 14-time major victor Woods and spent nearly an hour talking about how to maintain the killer instinct he was able to conjure up in the latter parts of 2015 when he won four of six events, including his first major championship.
If there’s one person in the world of golf who knows how to power through pressure and distraction on the golf course, it’s Tiger Woods.
The post comes a week after Woods shared a video showing him hitting balls on a golf simulator.
A group of youngsters representing the Southern Texas PGA Junior Golf club had been invited to christen the course – with Taylor being introduced by the commentator as a “man with a flawless school attendance record until today”.
“The big thing right now is trying to get stronger and more flexible”, Woods wrote on his website.
“I have a lot of work ahead of me”, he said, noting that he also has been hitting 9-iron shots.
“I am starting to feel a lot better”, he said. Eventually it’s getting (back) to the elite level and competing out here with the guys.

“I am [being more patient], and I have to be with it. That wasn’t always the case”.
