According to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, the mother’s boyfriend was getting ready to take Lonzie and his 5-year-old sister to pick up their mom.

Police in Florida are looking for a 19-month-old toddler who was reportedly taken during a auto theft at a Jacksonville apartment complex.

The 5-year-old girl exited the vehicle to go upstairs to tell the boyfriend she was scared and when the boyfriend went back outside, he saw someone driving off in his auto, authorities said, according to CBS affiliate WJAX-TV.

The apartment is in the Ravenswood Apartment complex in the 8000 block of Old Kings Road near Philips Highway. He was last seen wearing only a diaper.

Deputies were called to the scene and were able to locate his vehicle 10 minutes away but Lonzie was not inside of it. Lonzie has blonde hair, blue eyes and weighs 20 pounds.
